small yorkshire terrier was located running in and out of traffic west of Perry Meridian High School near Forest Park Dr and Stop 11 Rd. It had a collar with a blue tag but it wouldnt stay close enough for me to see. the dog was very fast and headed west down Stop 11 Rd.
