Scruffy little dog. Terrier mix maybe? Running around Shelby Epler/Dudley at least all day today. It had a leash attached to its collar. I snatched it up to at least get the leash off before it got hung up somewhere. Timid and scared. It’s in my yard for the night and I took the leash off. Black collar with some kind of green design on it. Proof of ownership required. Probably be calling the pound Sunday.
