Some sort of bull dog, female, chunky. Walking along white river drive north of 30th street across from the new adventure park/new Indy park. Seemed calm. but I couldn’t get her in the car or get anyone out to pick her up.

He is very clean, very clean teeth very clean tongue. He has a collar on army color army type so he looks like he may be a veterans dog. It has no name number or address on it. The collar says “mama says I’m special” and he has a mark on his stomach like he was recently neutered no balls

Female dog, she was extremely shy and would run away everytime I tried to approach her. She looked like a mixed breed – lab mix. She has a white patch between her eyes, and a little white and mostly Tan color throughout her body.

She kept running around the bush and was not willing to come closer. She looked scared, but not a dog who would bite or harm anyone.

I found her along the Monon trail right at the intersection of the E 25th Street. She found a cozy spot inside the bushes across the street from Harvest Christian Fellowship closer to the Monon trail.

I left some food and water for her. She had no collar on her.

I am unsure of her weight, she looked like a medium sized dog, close to a labrador weight maybe but might be under 50lbs or slightly higher.

Male dog picked up at Lynhurst and Crawfordsville Rd. No microchip or tags.

The animal is currently being held at the Speedway Street Department. The Street Department is located at 1390 N. Lynhurst Dr. Bring proof of ownership and a carrier (cat) or leash (dog) to Speedway Street Department to claim your pet.

The Street Dept. is open M-F 7:30am- 4:30pm and can be reached by calling 317-246-4141, ask for Rob or Jared.

For clarification, Speedway Animal Rescue and the town of Speedway are 2 entirely separate entities.

The animal will be held by the Town of Speedway for the required Marion County 4-day stray hold. If the animal is not claimed, SAR will pull only IF an approved foster can be found. If no foster steps up then the Town of Speedway will relinquish the animal to IACS since Speedway is in Marion County and does not hold onto animals beyond their 4-day stray hold.
