If you should see him if you approach slowly abd tap your thumb and pointer finger together and say scratches he should bow his head to you for head scratches. Then you can attempt to grab him.

Edit: he got out on June 30 2024 around wagon wheel court cross road wagon wheel trail indianapolis Indiana in 46237.

The cockatiel is yellow and gray, with a mainly gray head. This baby appears to have been caught by something, and was found caught in a bag by the original finder.
I do have this baby safely contained, and she will be taken care of until we can find her family.
