We found this little guy really close to Forest Park in Noblesville near shelter one. There is also another little dog that is skittish that my husband is currently trying to get it is 3 PM on 4/28. The dogs are wearing diapers so we know they belong to somebody! Proof of ownership is required.

Unaltered Male bully mix sighted near 30th and Richardt Ave. I tried to coax him with water and food but he was scared. He seems friendly and well taken care of but will not allow me to get very close. He has a loose e-collar on as well as a standard collar. Someone is forsure missing their baby!
