Black cat wandered into our garage 04/26. We saw again on 04/27. Very friendly, meowing, purring, rubbing on humans legs. Even allows belly rubs. Has a sore on the back of neck. Small white patch on the front of neck. Not afraid of thunderstorms. Proof of ownership is required.

Dog is black with brown undercoat. It has long fur which is matted in some places. White fur on chin and chest. Wearing a thick blue collar. Hangs out at house nearby (not their pet) and roams the neighborhood. Sweet dog, but very cautious and has not let me get near for a few weeks. It just seems very lost and unsure of what to do.
