The dog is a boy and has a black harness on him. He was dragging a metal leash around with him (the ones you use to tie a dog in one place outside) and a plastic handle leash attached to it as well. He looks to be around less then 6 months old but I could be wrong. He has been roaming around my street for a couple days now.

I think he is some kind of long-haired Chihuahua. I think he is old. He did not have a collar. I took him to the veterinarian on East Street and he does not have a Chip. He was very hot and thirsty. I cannot take him in my house because my dog is losing his mind. This dog likes the car so he is running errands with me until I hear from an owner or figure out what to do with him. I cannot keep him overnight, so I hope someone claims him! He likes to bite, but I think we’re friends now he did not break my skin, but he did warn me more than once. He is incredibly cute.
