Little, brown, short-haired, stocky Chihuahua type dog loose in Broad Ripple. Obviously someone’s pet. Just ran across College at 62nd street (in front of bus) and went west behind the Christian science church. He seems spooked by people. Lifting front paw. No collar. Folks had been following him for three blocks east of College until he bolted west across College. Dont know who he belongs to but he’s definitely lost. Be on the lookout. Was seen yesterday at 49th St east of College.
