White GSD and Short Haired Medium Sized Mutt seen near 1224 Prospect Street around noon on 11.01.2025. Appear to be well fed, were not aggressive, but did not approach me either. Unable to contain or check for chip, but they look well taken care of and wanted to alert in case someone is looking for them. They went running across Prospect going Southbound before I could get any closer.
