DOG SIGHTING 6:35am River rd: tan dog with white chest – medium/large size lab/pit mix possibly. Had a collar on. Spotted on River Road between 116th and 122nd in Carmel. Right in front of the Citizens water treatment plant.
Dog was in the middle of the road, I nearly hit it. I slammed on my breaks and immediately pulled over to try to get it but it darted. I didn’t see exactly where it went, it was very dark. I called for it for a couple minutes but I was on my way to work at a hospital so had to keep moving 😭
I’m so worried about the baby!
