This was not a picture, but the dog resembled this picture and had a red collar. Might be a lab possible mixed with pitbull. The dog ran away when approached. He was last seen on the Eastside on Brookville road by the Rockola Cafe. He was seen running in and out of the street. Looked to be around or under a year old.
