Brown/gray shihztu type of dog with overbite. Recently gave birth. Seen on Sharon Ave, just off of 16th st on west side of Indy, near Speedway. I couldn’t get her..got her food, she’s very hungry and cold. Neighbors said she lives in the yellow house across from Popeyes on Sharon Ave. Went to all the houses and no one home. Dog had taken off in front of me, last seen turning left on 1st street after Sharon Ave, off of 16th st.

2 dogs spotted off the 70 ramp off post road. They ran into the area away from the highway towards the cracker barrel area. I didn’t want to call them back onto the highway. Extremely calm dog – did not panic when someone was honking their horn at them. Struck me as an older dog or a dog that may have some hearing/vision loss. Seemed like a herding breed like a sheepdog/collie.
