My friend found this dog on her porch. They are contacting Peaceful souls because they cannot contain the dog. They cannot get a leash on her and she doesn’t have a collar on. She looks like she had puppies recently. The cross streets are College and Forest Drive Indianapolis. They left food and water out for the dog already this morning.
