Had collars but would not let me approach and the more I tried, he would get spooked & he started to dart out into the road. A woman from the Dakota Ridge apartments came out with some food and said she would keep trying to get close using the food.

Adorable dog, male; is skiddish of humans. When trying to interact with him, he will stare at you, bark, and then run away. Was initially seen middle of September. He has been hanging around the area of 9th and Olney. Face is mainly black, with some tan. Body is mainly golden/tan with white undercoat and legs. He is a mix.

Seen at 42nd and Illinois heading north. Looks like a GSD/Belgian Malinois. Lean but looked cared for. Had a limp in back leg(s) but more like a patella issue thank actually injury.
