Meridian and 38th street. Dog was running back and forth on meridian near 38th. I pulled over and he jumped in my car/had a harness on but not phone numbers. And was seen running with a very small black dog. I couldn’t keep him and I drove all around looking to see if anyone was searching for him

Didn’t get a very good look because it was across the retention pond but it looked like a medium to large black and brown dog, I think mostly black. I tried to get closer, but it ran off so I couldn’t get a picture.
