Tall black lab mix. Looked to be 80ish pounds mYbe mixed with a larger breed.

Very curious but skittish, whined and ran away when i gently walk near, and again when i gave a whistle.

I was on my way to work on the Northside so unfortunately I was unable to stop and get a better look but I am sure it is deceased. Going North on Sherman towards Washington there was a small tan animal on the righthand side of the road. It was off the main street. I am not sure if it was a dog, cat or wildlife. But I remember seeing a post for a lost dog around Sherman and 10th st.
