This black dog (looks like a retriever) was first seen at 41st and Illinois and has been in and around my yard at 41st and Washington for the last day. She is very skittish. Won’t allow humans near her.

Dog Sighting! Small blonde, I believe female. Hanging around a grassy area on corner of 31/Ruckle. Food motivated but would not let me approach it, very skiddish. No collar that I saw.
