A white dog with black spots, appears female and may recently had puppies. Hanging around the Garfield Park Arts Center. Tried calling it to come to me, but wandered away. Growled when I took photo through window. Put water outside our door. Address is 2432 Conservatory Drive. Big a red collar no tags from what I can see. I have more photos to share.
