Yesterday approximately 5:05pm I was getting onto 70 east ramp off of Holt Rd in Indianapolis, and just to the right on the shoulder, there was a deceased German Shepard. Idk anything else about it, I couldn’t stop due to heavy traffic, but could see enough to recognize the breed.

Thin light tan German shepherd darting in and out of yards on the North side of English Ave at the 4800 block. No collar. Looks like it’s been on the street for awhile. Very scared. Don’t chase! Try to confine it to a back yard and call animal control. Sorry I couldn’t get a photo.
