Thin light tan German shepherd darting in and out of yards on the North side of English Ave at the 4800 block. No collar. Looks like it’s been on the street for awhile. Very scared. Don’t chase! Try to confine it to a back yard and call animal control. Sorry I couldn’t get a photo.
