Seen twice outside our home on New York St in Holy Cross neighborhood between Highland and Oriental. Tan brindle mix light colored dog with a black harness on with a red leash. Would not come when called. Seems scared. I have left out food.

Medium size tan/golden with a black muzzle. No collar. Was very scared and skittish. He was also limping possibly from an injury, but likely due to running in the snow for an extended period of time.
