Black dog with white on front paws. Blue collar. I don’t think there’s a tag. Thin with short, slick hair. Ears and face look kind of like a pitbull/lab mix. Seems sweet but scared, won’t come to me. Has just been hanging out in front of a neighbor’s house since yesterday. Confirmed it’s not the neighbor’s dog.
