3 dogs spotted numerous times today starting at 7:15 am. Many people stopped to try and catch. Very frightened. One cyclist hasse3n them past couple days and suspected they were dumped

The male puppy (black and gold markings) will come and get a stick and is playful but we could not catch. I suspect would come for food or treats

1 black chihuahua, one dark grey chihuahua and a small possibly Rottweiler male puppy
