3 dogs spotted numerous times today starting at 7:15 am. Many people stopped to try and catch. Very frightened. One cyclist hasse3n them past couple days and suspected they were dumped

The male puppy (black and gold markings) will come and get a stick and is playful but we could not catch. I suspect would come for food or treats

Small, possibly Yorkie. Significant hair loss and matting. The dog appeared to be limping a little and has been running around our yard area for a few hours. I could not get close but eyes seemed crusted over.
