Small dog was black and brown with a grey sweater on. Had an apple air tag and a black shock collar. I watched as it got hit by a car and then tried to get him to take to emergency vet, but unfortunately, he (may have been a girl) died quickly. Small, tan Pomeranian heading west on Morris, came from Leonard street near Woodlaw, is now past 65 south on ramp on morris. Injured, in poor shape with very matted hair on hind end. Would not let me catch him, obviously scared.
