Seems to be friendly but hungry. Top of head is starting to have a point which may be sign he has been unfed for at least a month or two. He was lingering around cars at the NYC mart located at 3106 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Didn’t seem reactive and was very calm amongst moving cars, multiple ppl walking by loud noises. Walked with a relaxed tail. Ears perked up when “you hungry” or “want to eat” was said to him.

Large tan dog with light blue collar seen in Community Heights. I got several photos. Maybe a boxer or pit mix.

He ran west on 11th St. towards Emerson Ave., But I didn’t see if he crossed. If he did, he made it safely. He seemed lost, confused, and a little afraid. I don’t have more info, but I do have a few more photos.
