Small white dog. Ran across the street on Hopkins Road in Cumberland Heights Neighborhood of US 40 / E Washington Street. Dog was very skiddish but had a collar. Dog wouldn’t allow us to get close enough to check the tags. Unclear if male or female. Ran from us heading down Washington Cove Way towards Calzia Lane.

I just saw this dog in my neighbors front yard. Don’t recall seeing this dog in the neighborhood. The dog was seen on N Park Ave & 93rd street.
