We just saw a black and brown M-L size dog, running down West 48th Street & Melbourne heading west towards the Saddllebrook Golf Course; it has a collar and is trailing a leash, We ran after it to try to catch it but it would never let us get close enough to grab the leash. He crossed into the Saddlebrook Golf Course fields (South Side) and ran across it, past the pond into the woods bordering it. Someone MUST be looking for this pup!!!!!!

This dog was caught in my ring camera around 8:45am on 5/27/26. Saw them going west on Pearl heading towards Meridian St. I didn’t see a collar and seemed friendly. Ran off once my dog started barking. Medium size dog with black and white long fur. Gray in the face.
