Small terrier sized dog running along S Arlington then dashed into the new distribution center site at the SW corner of Brookville Rd and Arlington near the fenced power grid area. Was heading back behind the lot to the RR tracks. 🙁 Appeared female with half black face and approx 15 pounds. Very skittish- don’t chase.
