I found this sweet boy roaming around the IU Health Dunlap Family Medicine Clinic. He was primarily white with black spots on his face and body. He was not neutered and did not have a collar. I was able to give him so water but he did not come close enough to me to secure him. I called IU Police and they put in a call to Animal Control but it is likely they won’t come to get him.
