A white dog with black spots, appears female and may recently had puppies. Hanging around the Garfield Park Arts Center. Tried calling it to come to me, but wandered away. Growled when I took photo through window. Put water outside our door. Address is 2432 Conservatory Drive. Big a red collar no tags from what I can see. I have more photos to share.

Australian shepherd/mix wearing a harness spotted running south of 82nd St on Hague Road running south. No tail. Looked to be mostly black with white speckling but it was dark and it wouldn’t come close.
