Fairly certain it was dumped at Kroger at 65th/Keystone. Ran from me down Keystone, stopped at porch of Public Storage, 6429 North Keystone. Was VERY skiddish and tired. I left food (ate quickly) and water.
WEARING A PINK COLLAR.
