The dog is a boy and has a black harness on him. He was dragging a metal leash around with him (the ones you use to tie a dog in one place outside) and a plastic handle leash attached to it as well. He looks to be around less then 6 months old but I could be wrong. He has been roaming around my street for a couple days now.

Black/brown Possible Shepherd mix (shorter hair) wearing possible red collar. Ran into the field on Hoyt and Keystone at the turn. The field is fenced in and I believe it’s the South side of the road. It happened very quickly. Was unable to stop.
