My mother in law lives across the street from where we have seen this dog, is a female dog and we know she doesn’t belong to anyone because the other neighbor that used to live next door to where we have seen her says that they let her stay inside the porch specially right now that is so cold and the address is 1212 Shepard st she looks like a friendly dog and I’m not sure but I believe she had puppies not sure where or if she did it’s just my guess, so if you go and see her inside the porch she doesn’t belong to them, they just let her stay inside there

This dog is barking on neighbors porches all up and down the street. Someone came outside to try to catch him and he chased her and we had to distract him so she could get out of her truck and run for the house. He’s on the west side of Ellenberger Park right now.
