Couldn’t get a photo as seen on slip road to I-70 whole driving. Tan large dog wearing I think a collar and choke collar on the slip road of N Keystone to I-70 W. Was running at speed and for safety, I couldn’t stop. Looked like some bully breed /husky mix or something (thicker fur, round head).
