This cutie was in the alley across the street from my house. He had no collar/tags and looks malnourished. One of my neighbors claimed they knew who it belonged to so I left, when I came back, turns out they dont know and so they let him run off. Two dogs were together running around the neighborhood. One was a bully breed (grey). The other was the leader and made the decisions, this dog was black brown and white, taller than the bully, maybe a beagle mix?
