Large, black, doodle-like dog. Poor pup cannot see due to overgrown hair, has severe matting, flies(possible maggots), smells awful, and has exposed skin on hind thigh/leg.

Was unable to contain because they would not allow us to approach (likely because they cannot see us). Tried luring with treats to no avail. Dog was running in front of cars, so stopped efforts in hopes they would not run into traffic.
