He is male, friendly, he does not bark and is not neutered, he has been around for days in the area where I live, even some neighbors have seen him on the road watching the cars go by, he does not let himself be caught and he does not have a collar.

In case someone is missing this dog:
Dead German Shepard on Binford Blvd. near median on south bound side between 62nd and Kessler. No collar. Looked fairly young. Probably struck overnight. Typical brown and black colors. Police stopped when saw me stopped and said he would contact animal control. Looked very clean so probably a pet.
Update: Someone moved him over more toward the grass median. Hopefully, the cop actually did let animal control know. I wonder if animal control checks for microchip.

Looks like a Shepard maybe Husky mix, sores on him, been neutered, smells like rotten meat, looks otherwise healthy, and very friendly. Collar is wide and blue with no tag, accompanied by a flea collar. Heterochromia with one eye being blue and the other light brown.
