I couldn’t get a picture because I was driving. There are two large dogs running loose on the exit ramp from 465E to Harding St. They were running between cars and seem lost. One was white with some black spots, the other was all black. The black one had a collar. Not sure about the other. Both were smooth coated and fairly large. Seemed friendly and happy, not skinny or scared. Assume they only recently got out.
