Very tall lanky, dog that looks like it could be a doodle of some kind. Hes been around since last night. Won’t come even for treats. Hes wears a collar with about 3 feet of what looks to be a red tie out of some kind hanging off of it. I didn’t have my phone so no photo but if he’s still around I’ll try to get him into my yard.

Decreased dog on side of road. I called IMPD non-emergency to see if someone could come check for a chip. Dispatcher said they would request someone to pick him/her up. No collar.
