This cat has a collar with a circular tag hanging from it. The cat looks well taken care of and I do not see a clipped ear. The cat is skittish and I’m thinking is typically an indoor pet. The cat is pretty small and looks to be very young.

Deceased cat found in simba vape shop parking lot in Greensburg, south Ireland street and main. Found on top of a black car that has sat there for close to a year. I have a picture of the collar I have attached. Kitty has been gone awhile…I did not want to take a full photo but hopefully the owner might see the collar and recognize it..I would describe kitty to the best of my ability as a grey or brown striped tabby cat. Most likely female due to the color of the color but could also be male.
