Captain is a 14lbs Bichon Shih Tzu mix, mostly white in color with light brown markings. He has a capped eye and is blind but is not deaf and gets around by smell and sound. He escaped our yard during the thunder storms around 5pm on 8.9.23 and has never run away before. It was truly uncharacteristic of him. Someone reported through PawBooster and the Next Door App that they saw someone grab him in their car at the corner of Southport Rd. and Harding St. on Indianapolis’ southside on the date he went missing.
