Found her in the middle of the road and she immediately jumped into my car after I opened the door. Her microchip is not up to date, but we are going by the name on there, Charlotte. She is a black and white English Bulldog. Proof of ownership is required.

Pet had been lost for over 6 hours based on other post we saw on Facebook. Seemed to be running with small black dog in original post. Unsure of breed, but may have some sort of Spaniel. She’s well kept (trimmed nails, doesn’t look too dirty, etc). She knows sit and was very sweet. Definitely a puppy. She’s white, tan, and brown.

Male dog picked up at Wheeler Elementary. No microchip or tags.

The animal is currently being held at the Speedway Street Department. The Street Department is located at 1390 N. Lynhurst Dr. Bring proof of ownership and a carrier (cat) or leash (dog) to Speedway Street Department to claim your pet.

The Street Dept. is open M-F 7:30am- 4:30pm and can be reached by calling 317-246-4141, ask for Rob or Jared.

For clarification, Speedway Animal Rescue and the town of Speedway are 2 entirely separate entities.
The animal will be held by the Town of Speedway for the required Marion County 4-day stray hold. If the animal is not claimed, SAR will pull only IF an approved foster can be found. If no foster steps up then the Town of Speedway will relinquish the animal to IACS since Speedway is in Marion County and does not hold onto animals beyond their 4-day stray hold.
