Emmet is a stray cat that came to my door late at night. He is about four months old. He is a small tabby cat and very lightweight, probably about 4 pounds or so. He has short fluffy mackerel-colored fur and yellow-green eyes. He barely sheds, and is extremely affectionate, friendly, playful and snuggly. He is very trusting of strangers and people, and seems to be fine with people picking him up and holding him; when I first found him, I picked him up just fine without any problem and brought him inside. He has quite the appetite, and was very thirsty and hungry when I found him. He is also very quiet, and I’ve only heard him meow once or twice in the three days I’ve been taking care of him.

My neighborhood has several stray cats, and my partner and I have tried to catch them and take care of them but to no avail. This summer, one of them had a litter of kittens, and we believe Emmet is one of them, given his size, age and his lack of familiarity with people.

Cat is grey tabby with a white chest, belly, and mostly white back legs, and white front toes. He is VERY sweet and friendly. He’s shivering in the cold. My neighbor says she’s seen him for about a week now. I fed him and have him a cardboard box with a blanket. He’s not very large but has a bigger head which is why I think he’s a male. Kind of a shorter tail. Such a sweet kitty.
