Found kitty near Southern Plaza area! He is very sweet and vocal, came right up to my partner and I without hesitation. We’ve been feeding him everyday, providing water and shade from the heat. He’s been staying close to our house since and greets us every morning/night. Looks to be about a year old or so, extremely friendly with people and kids.

I just left work and saw a deceased calico cat with what looked like an orange collar on Pennsylvania St (heading south, so right lane) just north of 116th in front of the Springhill Suites in Carmel.

Kitty deceased in road, probably initially hit by a car. Later another car ran over it. Taken to Bargersville Veterinary Hospital. They will scan for a chip and contact any owner. They will also provide cremation. I was unable to tell the gender. Tabby with a shorter tail, seemed smaller in size than a full grown adult so it might still be a kitten.
