Young adult male, dilute/sandy ginger tabby in color with white paws and bib. Has been hanging around since late last year and I’ve been feeding him ever since. I had him neutered and ear-tipped in January of 2024. He acted like a feral cat but slowly started becoming friendlier and coming by more often this summer. He craves the companionship of other animals and is very slowly starting to trust humans.

This unusual kitty has been hanging out around the 2700 block of Fairhaven Drive in the Sheffield Woods addition on the far east side. He comes and goes from the Waterstone Place apartments which is off of Mitthoeffer ~ between 25th and 30th.
He is solid white with an unusual medium coat that appears kinked all over.
I believe he was an indoor cat for a couple different reasons. He is absolutely horrified of everything and will not let me near him but keeps showing interest in coming inside. He actually came in at one point when I was not looking. He was very clean the first time I saw him but has become more and more dirty as the days have gone by. Its pretty sad to watch him and am really hoping his owner is missing him and makes an effort in finding him.
