Looks like he slipped out of a collar(there’s an indentation in his fur around the neck). I have cats that don’t do well with strays so I’m unable to take him in, I’ve given him food and water on our porch. If he is yours please contact me with proof of ownership! Otherwise I will contact an animal rescue to take him in.
