We’ve been calling her Angel. She has a pink collar, but she’s been getting progressively skinnier and more needy. She just sits outside out apartment meowing. We’ve been feeding her, but I want to find her owners. Proof of ownership is required to collect her. She’s been hanging around in our apartment.
