Lost male doggo (black and white spotted pitty mix) spotted in the alley between Keystone and Forest Ave (300-400 block) on the Near Eastside. Seems in distress, barking a lot when we tried to approach, but he kept distance. Put some water down and he came to drink it but then went back to spot in the alley and kept barking.
