Very skinny black female kitty. She either has a tipped ear or has been in a fight and was injured- left ear. She has a ring around her neck where there’s no hair. Maybe she had a bad reaction to a flea collar or something bad happened to her. She seems friendly but hasn’t let me pick her up. I’ve been feeding/watering her since Sunday. She eats and leaves. I’m not sure where she goes. Found across from Avon Meijer. As soon as she lets me pick her up, I’ll take her to get checked for microchip.
